John Glynn began practicing law in 1988. His areas of practice include criminal law and procedure, family law, landlord-tenant law and bankruptcy. He served as counsel in the District Court, Superior Court and Supreme Court in New Hampshire and Vermont. Mr. Glynn also has a strong background in business law and assists small business clients though out New Hampshire and Vermont.
Mr. Glynn sat on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association. He was an Adjunct Professor for Criminal Law & Procedure at Franklin Pierce College. He studied litigation at Inns of Court, Grays Inn, London, England, a prestigious law program. Mr. Glynn received a clerkship with the Vermont Attorney General.
Mr. Glynn is currently admitted to practice in the 1st and 2nd Circuits of the U.S. District Court. He has also been admitted to U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Vermont and New Hampshire. In addition, Mr. Glynn is a Certified Expert Witness in Criminal Law for the Vermont Superior Court.
Prior to Law School, Mr. Glynn worked at Dartmouth College in the Department of Immunology, where he and other scientists conducted research to help find a cure for leukemia. During that time Mr. Glynn authored two articles in The Journal of Immunology.
