Carol I. Zacheiss
Carol I. Zacheiss received her B.A. in History from New York University 1987 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1991. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted in Virginia Supreme Court as well as the New York Supreme Court.
Ms. Zacheiss has worked in the arena of criminal law for the bulk of her legal career. She began as a prosecutor in New York in 1994, where she practiced until 1998. That same year she moved to Richmond, VA where she continued her work as a prosecuting attorney through 1999. Before joining Framme Law Firm Ms. Zacheiss was a Public Defender from 2001 until 2005, working her way up to Deputy Public Defender.
Ms. Zacheiss has extensive experience in the areas of traffic and criminal defense. She works throughout the Richmond Metropolitan Area including, Amelia, Brunswick, Charles City, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Emporia, Greensville, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Petersburg, Powhatan, Prince George, Richmond, Sussex and Southampton.
